#tbt this past Sunday we had 3 sisters accept islam with us #alhumdulillah
Top left: Sister Liliana is originally from Mexico and though she is catholic through her culture she always believed in 1 God growing up but didn’t find the right way of life until now. She had been coming to the IslamInSpanish Centro Islamico for a couple months learning here and there while attending our classes on Sundays that explain the basics of Islam. After prayer on this day, she decided to accept islam. #AllahuAkbar
Top right: Sister Maria is originally from Venezuela and was first introduced to islam 3 years ago when a co-worker told her they were fasting in Ramadan and she admired the devotion they had towards islam and she immediately got curious and began searching. She found us online and has been learning on her own and has even fasted during Ramadan. She began wearing hijab and wanted to learn how to read the Quran in Arabic so she decided to join our Quran for sisters class, all while still not taking her Shahada until now. Alhumdulillah
Bottom: Sister Lily, is originally from Mexico and married to the brother of Arab background in the picture. He had been slowly reaching her but realized that she would be more comfortable learning from people from the similar background. So they drove about an hour to visit us and she spoke with Imam Abdul Rahman and decided to accept Islam, Alhumdulillah.
